Refund policy

This Refund Policy sets out how we handle returns and refunds. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

30-Day Juicy Promise

We stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To claim under the 30-Day Juicy Promise, email support@juici.org.uk with your order number and reason for the refund. You do not need to return the product.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

In addition to our 30-Day Juicy Promise, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right you must notify us of your decision to cancel by clear statement — for example by emailing support@juici.org.uk — before the 14-day period ends. Goods must then be returned to us in resaleable condition within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If any product you receive is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please email support@juici.org.uk within a reasonable time (and, where possible, include photos). We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your customer account or by emailing contact@juici.org.uk. Cancellations must be received before the next billing date to prevent that order being processed. Once a subscription order has been dispatched, our standard refund terms above apply.

How to request a refund

Email contact@juici.org.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund
  • Photos of any damaged or faulty product (if applicable)

Once we approve your refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. It may take an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Non-refundable items

Free gifts and promotional items included with an order have no monetary value and are not refundable. If you return the paid item, any free gift included with that order should also be returned in a resaleable condition.
