Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Where we ship

We ship to all addresses in the United Kingdom (mainland and Northern Ireland). We also ship to additional countries where the option is offered at checkout — international shipping rates and delivery times are shown before you complete your order.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the UK. Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Most UK orders arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email support@juici.org.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. In line with Royal Mail's rules, we can only formally investigate a "lost" parcel 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photographs of the damage to support@juici.org.uk within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address you have entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a re-send at your cost.

International shipping

Where international shipping is offered, delivery times are typically 5-10 working days depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country's authorities. Refusing to pay such fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed at your cost.
