These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of juicisupplements.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" refer to PABE Enterprise Ltd trading as JUICi Supplements.
"You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Site or purchasing our products.
"Products" means the goods offered for sale on the Site, including one-time purchases and subscription products.

3. Ordering and contract formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a product is out of stock, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration only and packaging may vary from time to time. JUICi products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices displayed on the Site at the time of order are the prices you will be charged. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment methods offered at checkout, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and PayPal.

6. Subscriptions

Where you sign up to a subscription plan, you authorise us and our subscription provider to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the interval you selected (for example, every month or every three months) until you cancel.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account, or by emailing support@juici.org.uk. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to prevent that order from being processed. Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard refund terms.

7. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (and additional countries where offered at checkout). Full delivery details, timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision to cancel by clear statement (for example, by email to support@juici.org.uk) before the 14-day period ends.

Goods must be returned to us in a resaleable condition within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were faulty or incorrect. We will refund the price you paid (excluding any enhanced/premium delivery you selected above our basic offering) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent.

9. Refunds and 30-Day Juicy Promise

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-Day Juicy Promise: if you are not happy with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product cost. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Faulty or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact support@juici.org.uk within a reasonable time. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, product photography, packaging design, videos and copy — is owned by or licensed to PABE Enterprise Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Data protection and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details of how we collect, use and protect your data please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our maximum liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, courier delays, adverse weather, power or internet outages, or acts of any government or public authority.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The latest version is always available on this page.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
